Solution: This Rise course was developed in Articulate Rise 360 to train a virtual assistant how to manage customer inquiries and generate custom quotes for customers for custom-decorated sugar cookies. This course provides comprehensive training to equip a virtual assistant with the essential knowledge required to collect pertinent information from customers and generate a quote for custom cookies. This course employs numerous visuals of Freshly Baked's cookies to enhance the learning experience for the new hire.  Additionally, this course incorporates an Articulate Storyline 360 block to effectively assess the proficiency of the new hire's ability to quote custom cookies.
